  • If the shape of the head is not as usual as others, then they will suffer from this problem.

  • Obesity is an important reason of narrowing the airway. The fatty cells are responsible for this.
  • Alcohol drinking and smoking are related to this problem. These influence the brain to slow down the breathing muscles which may block the air path. The respiration process is maintained by the brain.
  • Mouth breathing is another reason of it. The structures of the facial area become abnormal when you try to take a breath of your mouth.
  • Medication may be a cause of this sleeping problem. The medications which are used for the purpose of emotion make the breathing muscles relaxed. If you need medicine for reducing stress, fatigue or any kind of anxiety, then you should consult with your doctors before using any medicine.   
  • Acidic reflux is responsible for this problem.  The extension of the scar tissue is dependable on the acid reflux.
  • GERD is occurred when the acidified liquid matter from the stomach increase in the esophagus.  This matter is responsible for the extension of the scar tissue.
